This project represents a library of tips, tricks, and best practices to gain efficiencies, using repeatable practices, artifacts, and tooling.

By leveraging these resources, project managers can streamline their workflows, reduce redundant efforts, and deliver consistent results across projects.

Directory Structure

The repository follows standard and GitLab project management phases, with each directory containing specific documentation and resources:

  • Project Start (first 2 weeks)/: Project charter, stakeholder identification, scope definition
  • Planning/: Project plans, resource allocation, risk assessment
  • Project Delivery/: Task management, status reporting, change control
  • Escalations/: Performance tracking, issue management, stakeholder communication
  • Project Launch/: Launch, support, and transiction activiites
  • Closure/: Deliverable finalization, lessons learned, knowledge transfer
  • Examples/: Sample documents from past projects
  • Resources/: Additional tools, checklists, and reference materials
